We firmly believe that individuals and groups learn the arts of agility, presence, and authenticity through the acts of trying, failing, and teaching our bodies what we are truly capable of achieving when we move beyond ineffective behavioral habits.

Buy 1 Give 1: A Path Forward
Energize Your Voice launched the inaugural cohort of their Buy1 Give 1 Initiative in the fall of 2020. The program was designed to give corporate partners a mechanism to invest in the local community while investing in their own people. When corporate partners purchase a workshop or a series of customized trainings, Energize Your Voice provides a fully customized half-day training to a hyper-local nonprofit.The idea behind this initiative is that corporate partners ensure that investment in the skills of their employees also results in a positive social impact for the community at large, and specifically for organizations and communities that have historically lacked access to high value, high quality professional training that enhances job performance, soft-skills, and employability.
We believe that democratized access to high quality professional development is a gateway to economic success and greater social equity. We’ve made it easy to uplift the community. You can directly sponsor one of our non for profits without enrolling in your own employee development program.
