Employee Retention

Create A Space That Sparks Growth

Turnover costs are high for every organization. Retain your employees by creating a space that encourages people to speak out and share feedback. Ensure that your teams are continually learning and growing and implement an onboarding process that energizes new team members.

The Practice Room

When it comes to professional development training for your team, we are committed to skill retention and integrity of learning. We can teach your people about storytelling in one session, but that will not foster a community of influential storytellers. How will you ensure that that learning will be integrated and meaningful in the long term?

Welcome to The Practice Room (TPR).

TPR is a space for employees to engage in meaningful learning in the form of facilitated monthly practice rooms. At a minimum four session commitment, The Practice Room allows large organizations to rotate more people through professional development and we’ve seen time and time again that it yields significantly better learning outcomes and ultimately increased performance and employee engagement.

TPR drives visionary contribution, increases the presence of thought leadership, and develops world class communicators.

How The Practice Room Works

TPR is a quarterly or monthly dedicated landing point for growth and development around behaviors of confidence and skills for powerful communication. Each room will be designed around a specific skill or technique aligned to the performance goals of the organization. With each practice room, you will receive a complimentary skill building workshop to lay a foundation for meaningful practice and embodied learning. A quarterly engagement addresses two key skills. A monthly engagement includes four key skills.

Examples of Practice Room skills:

  • Public Speaking and Presentation Skills

  • Challenging Conversation

  • Confidence in Speaking Up

  • Improv and Play

  • Collaborative Dialogue

  • Influential Storytelling
