Insider, Inc. is an organization that operates largely like a startup with a legacy company mindset.

They were constantly negotiating a rapid growth innovation agenda while remaining entrenched in traditional approaches to leadership, client acquisition, and employee empowerment. In some ways they were on the cutting edge and in other ways they were getting edged out by their competition.

Their approach to instilling the company value proposition onto internal and external stakeholders was antiquated and ineffective. It was at odds with their intention to engage a new audience while maintaining their connection to their more traditional consumer.

 
 

The Solution

Authentic Storytelling

We partnered with Insider, Inc. for a two session experience during their annual sales summit. The goal was to instill trustworthiness and authenticity in their sales process.

Together we would co-create a powerful brand narrative and product story that could be used by support staff and sales representatives when engaging with corporate partners and key external stakeholders. We focused on structuring as well as delivering influential stories.

We disrupted their traditional approach to brand communication while maintaining the integrity of service and content that Insider, Inc is known for delivering.

Through the use of improv to move participants outside of their comfort zone and encourage them to think differently, we elevated the confidence of junior level employees and reignited engagement from senior associates.

We guided them through exercises that built skills around active listening, risk taking, imaginative storytelling and adaptability in overcoming objection through the power of agile narrative.

Participants left with a new vision for customer engagement and understanding of their own unique ability to influence and engage through the art of interactive play.
